Solar Pv can work with other renewables too…

You can combine PV with other space-heating renewable technologies such as heat pumps. Air + Ground Heat pumps use electricity to produce heat for radiator, flow heaters and even underfloor heating. These technologies work well with each other, as PV can be set up to help power a heat pump.

Battery Storage

Batteries are an energy storage technology that uses chemicals to absorb and release energy on demand. Lithium-ion is the most common battery chemistry used to store electricity.

Coupling batteries with renewable energy generation allows that energy to be stored during times of low demand and released (or dispatched) at times of peak demand.

Unlike many other forms of energy storage and generation, batteries are particularly valuable because they provide flexibility. They can respond faster than other energy storage or generation technologies, and help maintain grid stability by turning on and off in fractions of a second.

Doing things differently…

  • We only install systems that can operate without reliance on a grid connection. This means that you can still use your solar and battery in the event of mains power failure (whether or not you are connected to the grid). It also means you can go off-grid with our systems. As our systems are modular, they are scalable, so you can build this up step by step and according to your budget.

  • The systems we install gives you back up power capabilities which will be vital to keep your home or business running in the event of power failures and black outs.

  • The systems we use are designed for self-consumption so rather than giving energy back to the grid you use it yourself. With energy costs sky rocketing, it makes no sense to be selling your energy back to the grid for 5 p per unit and paying the grid 35 p per unit for what you use!
